Preparation instructions:

Cook noodles in boiling water to your preferred firmness. While the noodles are cooking, add seasoning to serving bowl. When the noodles are done cooking, transfer noodles into the bowl and add hot water into the bowl. Top with included garlic oil. Add toppings such as seaweed, cha-su, eggs, woodear mushroom, scallions, as desired.
