We are committed to processing your orders by the end of next business day.
All orders are shipped from Taiwan via Taiwan Post with tracking number. A notification will be sent to your email address when your order has been processed.
Orders placed before 11:59pm CST (UTC/GMT+8) are normally shipped out by the end of next business day, on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public/observed holidays in Taiwan. Delays may occur during sales events or periods of higher sales volume.
Parcel deliveries are handled by your local postal service.
Tracking ✈️
- Orders can be tracked HERE or through your local post office.
- Large quantity orders may be shipped in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Items may arrive on different dates.
- Multiple orders to the same shipping address may be packaged and shipped together with a single tracking number.
Important! ⚠️
- Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Missing or incorrect information will cause delays and delivery issues.
- If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.
- If your building contains multiple units (ie. apartment/condo/flat), please provide your suite/room number to ensure successful delivery.

- ** Transit times do not include warehouse processing times and customs clearance processing times. Orders are typically processed by the next business day (+1 day). Transit times are estimates only and do not take into account delays such as customs clearance, holidays, inclement weather, natural disaster, postal work disruptions, and any unforeseen circumstances.
