Yes, we work directly with suppliers sourcing from the brand's country of origin. We inspect each shipment with care, looking for even the slightest hint of counterfeit products. We believe our stringent methods can afford our customers a peace of mind. We aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you ever suspect the products you received may not be authentic, please contact us immediately.
Asian cosmetic brand companies may choose to print the lot number and/or manufactured dates instead of expiration dates.
Here is a quick guide on how to spot the difference between manufactured date and expiry date:
製造日期 / MFG = Manufactured date
出廠日期: 標示於瓶身 (西元年/月/日) = Manufactured Date: As marked on the bottle (year/month/date)
有效日期 / EXP = Expiry date
保存期限: 3年 = Shelf Life: 3 Years

Due to differences in computer monitors, screens, displays, and viewing platforms, we cannot guarantee the actual color of the product to match exactly as shown on our website. For help in choosing the right color, please contact us and we will be happy to assist!
We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, due to changing market demands and trends, some items may sell out quickly, or become discontinued by the manufacturer. If the products you are interested in are sold out, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist!

We currently process all payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. Please note Paypal accounts are optional and are not required for checkout.
All payments are processed in USD.
When your order is successful and confirmed, you will be directed to a confirmation page with an order number. You should also receive an order confirmation email. If you are experiencing difficulties during checkout, please contact us so we may better assist!
Promo codes can be applied to your order during checkout. Please note only one code may be used per order. If a code is entered and an error message is received, then the code may be expired or have already been used.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please note your order cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been processed. Multiple cancellation requests may be subject to a processing/restocking fee.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all orders with a tracking number via Chunghwa (Taiwan) Post. You may track your item here or through your local post office. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.
The postal delivery times are only estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, customs clearance, postal work disruptions, extreme weather, natural disaster, and any unforeseen circumstances. Please contact your local post office for tracking inquiries and information. If you haven't received your package 30 calendar days past the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will submit a trace request via Taiwan Post.
