Chuusi Rewards

You can earn Chuusi Points by completing the following activities:

1. Sign Up: Create an account using an email address. Be sure to log in and use the same email address when you shop with us to keep collecting points. We are unable to pool points from multiple email addresses.

2. Make a purchase: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (after discounts, excluding gift cards and shipping). Points will appear in your account after the order has been fulfilled. Points will be adjusted/deducted if the order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded.

3. Points events: Details and terms specific to the duration of the event will be announced separately, during the event.

4. Refer a friend: see "Refer a friend" tab for program details.

5. Product reviews: stay tuned, this feature is coming soon!

Important: Reward points are tied to your email address. Customers must be signed in with the same email address used during Sign Up, in order to collect points. If a different email address is used, the points will not be added to your original account. We are unable to merge/combine reward points from separate accounts.

Chuusi Points can be redeemed for various rewards. Available rewards can be found in "How to redeem points" tab. Reward offers are subject to change.

Once points are redeemed and a reward is issued, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Rewards/coupons can be found in "My Rewards List" after you sign-in. The reward coupons do not expire, and are good for one-time use on a future order. Reward coupons cannot be combined with other checkout codes. Only one coupon code can be used during checkout.

Reward offers available:

1. $Cash Coupon: For a specified number of points, you can redeem a cash coupon on your entire purchase, excluding gift cards and any applicable shipping fee. This coupon is valid for one-time use, and never expires.

2. 15% off coupon: For 500 points, you can redeem a 15% off coupon on your entire purchase, excluding gift cards and any applicable shipping fee. This coupon is valid for one-time use, and never expires.

All Rewards Program members are eligible to participate in the Refer a Friend program.

How it works:

After signing in, you obtain a unique referral link that can be shared via social media, email, etc. When a friend clicks on your referral link, they will be directed to our website with an exclusive coupon code for their first purchase. When they successfully place an order, you (the referrer) will receive 200 reward points as our token of appreciation! You will be notified by email whenever a successful referral has been made. Reward points are automatically added to your account, and you can use those points to get more discounts and free stuff!

Follow these simple steps to refer a friend:

1. Sign in to your account. Open the rewards pop-up window located on the lower left of your screen.
2. Click on "Referral Program"
3. Copy the invitation link. Depending on your browser, you may need to select/highlight the link first, then click "Copy invite link".
4. Share the link with your friends and family, or post it on social media.
5. And thats it, you are done!

Important! Please make sure browser cookies are enabled (for both you and your friends), to make it possible for our website to keep track of referrals.
