Open the pouch immediately before use and attach the steam patch directly on the skin in the lower neck area. The patch will warm up to 40 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes. Stop using if you experience any discomfort or if the patch becomes too hot. Discard after use. Do not attempt to reheat the patch.

The products you receive may routinely have the lot/batch number, manufacturing date, and/or expiration date printed on it.

The product labels may vary depending on the country of origin. This is generally what we see:

  • Korean products usually print both the lot number and the expiration date.
  • Japanese products usually print the lot number only. If a date is printed, it would typically be the manufacturing date.
  • Taiwanese products usually print both the lot number and the manufacturing date.

This is a generalization only (there are exceptions). Not all manufacturers follow the same format.

Here is a quick translation/guide to reading the dates:

MFG = Manufactured date
EXP = Expiration date

製造日期 = Manufactured date
製造日 = Manufacturing date
出廠日期 = Manufacturing date
有效日期 = Expiration date

標示於瓶身 (西元年/月/日) = Marked on the bottle (year/month/date)

批號 = Batch number
