The Etude House Soon Jung 10-Panthensoside Cica Balm is formulated with panthenol, madecassoside, and centella asiatica to soothe stressed and problematic skin. With 10% panthenol in the formulation, this skin balm has twice the soothing power than previous formulations to quickly calm redness caused by dryness. The mildly-acidic pH keeps your skin hydrated and protects the skin's moisture barrier. The balm is lightweight and fast absorbing, delivering moisture quickly into the skin without being heavy or oily.
